bConnected Counseling, LLC is a small group practice that is dedicated to serving clients with the highest quality, evidence-based, ethically aligned mental health therapy. We believe that every client deserves care from the most qualified therapists who are educated and suitable for treating the type of concerns the client is presenting with.

At bConnected Counseling, LLC, we also believe that in order for therapists to do their best work, they need to be happy and satisfied with their place of employment. We value therapists and the work that they do, and strive to ensure that our therapists are well taken care of.

bConnected Counseling, LLC may be a good fit for your employment if:

- You desire to work at a small group practice that stays small; in other words, we have vowed to never hire over a certain number of clinicians to ensure that each clinician receives dedicated support, has a small team to grow with, and is valued as both an individual and a professional in the field.

-You are looking to maintain a caseload that is comfortable for your lifestyle (recommended to never exceed scheduling 25 clients per week), with a reasonable rate per session ($55-65/hr for licensed therapists), so that you feel that you have a handle on life balance and continue to have passion for the work that you do.

-You would like to become a valued W-2 employee. You will have access to benefits including health & dental insurance, earned paid time off, sick time, & free CEU trainings.

-You would like to feel valued and supported by management. Practice owner Jacleen Charbonneau, LMHC values professional relationships and works to invest in those who have passion for their work. Jacleen also offers mentorship for those who desire to eventually open their own private practice, and there is never a non-compete agreement. This way, clients can continue to work with their therapist if the therapist ever leaves the practice. 

-You desire to work at a place that honors transparency. Openness and communication allows for the team to be on the same page.

- You prefer to meet for paid supervision on a regular basis -- a pace that works for you --  to ensure you have space for support.

- You would like to work in person, online, or both. You have full control over the modality in which you would like to hold sessions.

- You would like to work in an office with modern renovations for comfortability of your environment & would like to get paneled with insurances of your choosing.
